A quick letter "P" on a small silver pendant.
Quite fun to do with a flat scorper & tempted to have a go at a few more to improve on things.

Excuse the crappy photography, light is scarce in these parts during winter!

Very nice. Might look even better with a border treatment of some kind.

I did consider that but thought it might be abit overkill, maybe next time.
Also considered blacking it, but I guess that won't work well with bright smooth(ish) cuts ?

Ink or paint would probably stick in the cuts. That would certainly give you more contrast. It does look good as is, I just like borders!

I did actually vision quite an elaborate border, however..I'm not sure my artistic skills allow transfer from brain to pencil as yet!
I'll be having another go at some point after Xmas.

This one I did rather quickly, drawing on Sam's wax with pencil & hand pushed.
Rather s challenge not to add stones, but it made a welcome change.:)

for me, at least, using black on work done with a flat graver, defeats the very purpose of using the flat. they leave nice, bright and shiney results.

That's what I concluded, didn't make much sense. I'll leave this as is, however thanks for the thoughts, plenty of ideas to consider next time.
