I use the stuff on my feet to make tape stick to it prior to a 100 mile run. I sure works and holds tape. Not sure about transferring.

As a medic offshore, with the high humidity, I also used it for adhesion.
Now, it's pretty much outlawed for that purpose as it is highly carcinogenic.
In other words don't breath this stuff and wear gloves/ goggles.

It's called living on the edge. Actually many of the solvents used in transfers are probably toxic, the vapors, contact with the chemicals, etc.

And it's called foolishness if you don't pay attention.

Almost everything has a non toxic substitute (sometimes just ordinary elbow grease) and if not, there are safe/sane methods to handle those few without substitutes.

Spreading lighter fluid based liquids under your nose is neither safe nor sane...

Bruce, I didn't want people to think I was still dangerous when I stopped taking the meds the VA said I needed so I stopped working to fool them. Fred
