not sure of the 180. all mine are 6"disks. the bad boy in the bunch is a 150. useful only for gross configuration of gravers. it's fast, but must be used with care as it removes graver material fairly fast. my first time with the 150 created a real mess.i no longer use the power hone. i have found favor with the disks mounted in a drillpress. i got mine rather cheaply on ebay. there's quite a variety of grits available.
i like them for the greater surface area and peripheral speed. for lube, i use common mineral oil. easily cleaned with a tooth brush and a spritz of wd40.
