This is for Sam as I know he has a very extensive library. I need a picture of the winchester pattern for a squirel and rabbit on a 63 winchester. Not in a big hurry but I would like to make sure it is closae to factory as this is what the client wants. Thank you in advance Sam

I'm not Sam, but; Here are pics of squirrel and rabbit patterns for winchester 1890. They are the same as for the 1903 and 63. Wilsons book of winchester engraving did not have those patterns on a 63. Midas Book of the Winchester had the squirrel and rabbit patterns but the pictures in the book donot photograph well. Hope these help you out.

Roger, I have wilsons book on win. but cannot fiind a patern for a 94 in 22cal. a guy brought me a 94 with deluxe wood and he wants it engraved like a factory job, not for re-sale but for his own satisfaction and to cover another mans stamped name on the flat of the rifle. Do you have a pic of a 94 pattern iin 22cal. would the cal make a differance? Thank you in advance. I do change the pattern slightly so they are never mistaken for factory. Integrity issue! I know you understand. Best to you RJ

Randy,

I could find no examples of a factory engraved Win. 94/22 nor have I ever seen one. By the time the 94/22 came along the old Winchester factory engraving shop was pretty much history. I have attached below examples of factory engraving that was commonly found on the 1894 model which can be adapted to the 94/22.
