I have been brought the light pods from a 1929 model A. They have been stripped to the copper and buffed. I am to re-engrave the lettring , including the FORD logo. Any suggestions?
I plan on masking everything double, with masking tape, and cutting with a 50 round (to maintain width) [although I also have a 5/0 onglette if the 50 is too wide].
I expect to have to hold it on a pillow/sandbag on a spinning stool, to have access. My bench is not deep or wide enough.
Any suggestions will be accepted with gratitude.

Thanks, Will

you may need more time to make a decent holding fixture than to do the actual engraving. evident if you look at brian powleys' photos that are shown above.
