Exquisite, to say the least. I, and lots of others, are nowhere that level of expertise. Seemingly, you'd need to place hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of dots before you'd near getting the hang of it. Correct me if I'm wrong, but there is a certain amount of necessarily 'seeing into the future' when doing your kind of work. No wonder the Italians start training them when they're kids. . .they need all the time they can get. Again, to me it's exquisite work, and an arduous task, to say the least. Don't know if us, who're older, have enough time left to be embarking on such a venture.

I talked with Jay recently. Told him we missed his input and guidance round here. Says he is really tied up with travel and training for his job at this time and has very little time for both engraving and dropping in the Café. I wished him well from all of us. Fred
