Doodle bird

Hello all. I haven really have not had much time to practice my drawings. New job, selling old house, buying new house, boxing up old house, it's chaos. Well I had some down time an a friend had this tattoo on her back that looked really interesting an asked her about it an she said it was a script bird. I thought for a minute an I said yea I can actually see that! Seemed simple so I got out the paper an pencil an here is doodle bird

I'm not the best at drawing but I'm working on it

I like it, the head sort of looks like a duck, I think you need to add some "fantasy" webfeet.

get your self a piece of copper or brass. oxidize same with some birchwood- casey or similar. engrave this with a well polished graver. it will come to life before yer eyes.

While I don't get why anyone would get a tattoo , I like the design, minimum strokes for maximum effect.
I feel your pain in the moving, they will be taking me out of my current home in a pine box.
