Thanks guys.. I will add that I freehand cut most of it and this is on 304 ss.. Its about 1" x 1 1/4" around about.

And if it went for a very kind someone . I wouldn't have a scope yet.. He gave me a deal of a like time. Thanks man.

FREEHAND ?!?!?!

Engraving is going to be a walk in the park for you !

I also like the owl theme.
I have a charm for study,of two owls, to incorporate into my brands, perching on the brands instead of a limb.

It's been what, about 6 months since you started?
Keep chugging along !

Well I have had my graver for bout a year and a half I think.. Mostly been studying drawing and lil cutting hear and their... Had my first child right after I got my graver so she has taken most my time, not complaining she is first and foremost.

I'm happy with it.. Very clear. I just need to get the lens for the bottom and find some rubber eye pieces . next I got to build a turn table and get a bigger vice. The micro block likes to drift to easy, its a pain having to chase your work in the scope.. Lol
