lee: when i was learning to paint ( a frederic taubes tome) too many colors just make for bad work. somehow you use many here, and got a really beautiful result. i congratulate you on a very pleasing-to-look-at work.

As always, the one who created sees it different and look more at what could have been done better. :)
That is what makes us move to the next creative challenge.
So I suppose you will do more paintings :)

This is oil paint. Comments about color make me smile. Being red-green colorblind it was a bit of an adventure. Some days were red tinted and some days were green. My girls had a good time pointing this out.

And just think what you could do if you used a studio instead of a garage :) :)
Good to see you in this picture, standing there in contemplation, with your wife beside you.
