Saturday, July 19 at the Wyoming State Museum and Wyoming Arts Council will have on Exhibit Jim Blair's engraving art.
This exhibit is entitled "Art of the Hunt" and will run for a little more than one year. The opening on the 19th is to coincided with "The Big Daddy of Them ALL" Cheyenne Frontier Day Rodeo. If you are in the neighborhood stop in and see the exhibit. Here I have tired to post so of the engraving that will be on exhibit.

Jim is one talented engraver----not just on guns.You should see some of his prints---more fantastic work.
And one heck of a good guy.

Rats! I'm gonna be up that way next weekend. Wish it was opening sooner.
Now, I'll have to make an excuse to head back north, seeing as how we hit 105* yesterday here in north Texas.

Roger failed to mention that these are rifles of his making and will also represent his outstanding work at this exhibit. The name of the exhibit is "The Art of The Hunt". It is a collaboration of the University of Wyo. and the state of Wyo.

I love Jim Blair's work. I have several of his castings.
