Here are some drawings that I did quite a while back. The bolt action rifle stock was for a company that was going to do a laser cut run of stocks that had a civil war theme. The drawing was done in ink.

Thanks for sharing this; It's beautiful. I love the lines that start and stop like banknote engraving scenes. I've learned that it's really hard to accomplish that with a graver.

Love the drawings.

I was just admiring your Mt. Lion today, AGAIN! , for the 362nd time!, and lo and behold, you grace us with another masterpiece.
In '06 I spent a few months up above Wapiti and got to know Bill Johns and Ernie Lytle. Had I known of you I'd have swung by. Maybe next trip.

Those are beautiful Jim, they really look authentic to the period. Did you do the ink work with a tech pen or a nib?
