If you spend enough time convincing a fellow jeweler in town to let you use his PUK welder this is what you can come up with:

done from 7mm by 1mm grade 2 square Ti stock, bent, welded, shaped, filed, sanded and satin finished. the engraving goes all the way around. it's a standard woman size, pretty small and radiused, I learned a lot about curved surfaces by doing this!
