I was commissioned to hand engrave this large folding knife and give it a Texas theme. After several design ideas went into the wastebasket, I finally decided the Texas state map would fit nicely on the front side and the Texas Lone Star would work well on the backside. The bolsters are made from an excellent grade of 7075 Aluminum and were a pleasure to engrave. Used 120, 105 and NSK for background removal. Client was very happy and of course that makes me happy too!
