It looks like an Italian Colt SAA clone. I don't think it's a Uberti as you would probably see A. Uberti on it somewhere. If it were a Navy Arms you'd see that somewhere. That proof stamp ahead of the patent dates is something you don't often see. It could be a Pietta. Maybe even an Armi San Marco. Sometimes there are marks on the frame under the grips. Sometimes under the ejector rod housing.

The Hartford SAA clones were build by a, now defunct, company called ASM and imported by EMF. They have a spotty reputation among cowboy action shooters.

Hi Carlos,
What are you going to do with the revolver? Were you just looking for information or are you going to use the gun? Buyer beware, it looks like it has “issues”

You can watch a "Like New" one here on Gunbroker to give you an idea what a good one is worth
You can't get an idea from that as it still has 10 days to go. Likewise, if no one has any interest in it, it may go cheap......whereas if two guys get in a bidding war, it may go beyond its value.

Sure you can. I do it all the time. Watch several of them and you'll see a true value which is much more accurate than the Blue Book. It's the current real world of guns. If I were to put a value on the rusty example shown in this post I'd figure it in the $150.00 or so range.

I guess the way to test that theory is to put a couple of brand new ones with No Reserve up for auction and see if they sell anywhere close to retail.
