THank you everyone for the nice comments. The gold is inlaid and one of the girls didn't get 3 stars because the engraver got ahead of himself and made a MISTAKE... lol

I have a question.
The girl on the left, where her hair curls at the bottom you can see the shadow of the hair, and below that is a diamond of removed background.
How did you give the hair that shadow effect, you make it look so good that it even looks like your casting a shadow on the removed background.

Carlos, thank you for the kind comments. There is dot shading on the gold but no shading in the black triangles as they are removed. It could be your eye just adding in what your brain thinks is there. IF that makes sense. Anyways I hope you like it
