Shawn I just went to your site and your work is wonderful! I'm just learning western and wondered how/where (online,DVD) I can find out which gravers I need for this sort of work and learn to sharpen them right? I know Sam has a vid on sharpening but how do shape gravers specifically for western work? I realize that some, like the flats for wriggle are the same as for doing other work; ditto the fine line graver but what about the one you use to cut the large "dished out" bright cuts and the tops of the scroll elements? Also what face angle do you use for the liners and how do you (if at all) put a heel on'em?
