Here's a quickie I did for a customer that had a limited budget.
Not World Class stuff, but pretty good coverage in about 4 hours (both sides)

Good job Brian. Did that titanium kind of chip out? I did one once and it cut like that, it wasn't hard but it was flaky I guess I'd call it.

Nice looking Alias!

ron p. nott - I think the reason the customer had a limited budget for engraving was because they bought the Alias. It's a 'less expensive' alternative to a Sebenza so it's only a few hundred. They're a very nicely made knife but kind of plain for what they cost. This one takes care of that issue. ;)

Looks good Brian. Are you putting in the little dots with a rotary tool or just spinning the vise and using a graver?

Rick, Steve,Barry,Andy......Thank for the kudos.
Rick---I can see where titanium isn't going to be a favorite metal to work with.
Andy---I do the dots with a rotary tool with a round burr. Sometimes,I also use the rotary tool for background work to makes dots instead of using the dot punches.
With a little practice, you can make them real uniform in width and depth....the round burr can even make it into tight corners.
It's a different treatment for background work and FAST.
