OK, I guess I will post one . This is my wonderful wife and I with our 23 Studebaker roadster. We thought it would be fun to have some "period" looking photos taken, and this is one of my favorites. OK not a shot of my shop, but we definitely have some work into the car. :)
David.

SamW, Wow two Studes? I thought one was costly....
It's amazing how many Studebakers are still out there, my wife and I have taken ours to a few shows, and there is at least one person at each show who tells us that they have one, or did have one at some point in there life. My wife's father built this one up from a pile of rusty body parts that he traded an old guy a box of cigars for in 1971. He sold it before passing on in the early 90's. When we able to start looking for it, it took about 4 years, and my wife was the one who tracked it down. After 21 years of it being gone out of her family we got it back, and it sure made for one happy wife. :clapping:

My first hot rod was a 33 Essex roadster, but it was old school. Straight 8 buick engine and trans with dual carbs and a split exhaust manifold, Columbia 2 speed rear end and aircraft gauges. The seat frames were made from grocery carts, upholstered in naugahyde, with a skull and X-bones sewn into each one. Sure wish I had it back.

DKanger,
Nice, I don't see many Essex around here.
Our 23, or "the un-T" as it's known, (as in not a ford model T!) has some "old School" in it, Vintage Halibrand quick change rear end, 2 speed Power-glide, suicide front end, no front breaks, and a vintage Hunt Magneto. No skulls or X-bones, but my wife has been making some noise about me possibly doing some engraving on some of the Billet Aluminum parts.

I didn't feel like I wanted to miss the boat so here's a few shots, two are outside event demos and the one is in the dungeon not getting anything accomplished as you can see.

Well since Barry had his international photos I guess I will show mine. This was in Brescia during a break from the show as those Fausti girls wanted to have a picture taken with me...
