Hi all.
Time ago I bought second hand 901 handpiece.
Inside box comes a bag with 5 QC holders and one spring.
The question about these spring is: could be the 004-430 (fine work spring) described in the 901 part list?
These spring is not included in the 901 default packs.
In the other hand I think it could be a spare spring since have the same number of coils and the same wire diameter.
Only length is slightly different.
Back to the first hand now, the monarch springs I saw in GRS web (standard and fine) have the same number of coils and same wire diameter, only the length is different.
Im thinking to put it in the 901 then try it to find some difference, but Im not very experienced then is possible I miss the changes.
Thank you all in advance, and apologize about my bad english

The longer spring is referred to as the “Standard Spring” and uses 18-22 psi (1.2-1.5 bar) air pressure at 1400-3400 Strokes Per Minute.

The shorter spring gives a lighter hit and is called the “Fine Spring”. It uses 12-15 psi (0.8-0.1.0 bar) air pressure at 1600-3600 Strokes per Minute.

Hope that helps!
