Because of time restrictions I quickly hand engraved this old pattern on a piece of tin with my pantograph. Sorry for the poor photo. I just used my phone.

if you did the design on a suitable piece of plastic, ( engravers plastic is ideal) you'd end up with a template for your pantograph. this could be used for low end work that's a bit commercial in nature. i use my panto a lot for doing quick work on lighters, key fobs, and such. you end up with "low end" diamond drag work. but, you can also hand engrave over that and get much more cash. i think i have a piece in the tips section describing how to do this.
