No. I meant end of the world type catastrophe. Or at least a massive disruption of the infrastructure of our modern machinery. Hunt a couple deer, got your shelter. Whatcha gonna do for the rest of the day?

That's why I bought the Lindsay templates, I'll still be able to see by my wild hog fat lamp well enough to sharpen my gravers. Nothing says surviving like the bling of engraving!

this reminded of when i lived in Denver years ago and worked in a converted attached garage. we'd get a major blizzard and people would be saying, "Man, I couldn't even get to work!" and i'd reply, "My shop is in my house. If it ever snows so much I can't make it across the living room, getting any engraving done will be the least of my problems..."
