I started on my BP, Fitted new Grips in "Corian" Bone color, Ivory tends to show cracks Etc, in later stages, and I want to Scrim These.

Here I show how I modified the Grip Fixing, I added another 3mm pin in the front, and a 0-80unf set screw in the middle. Also the Bottom Notch was also Tapered slightly to hold the grip in the top area where the rounded part is.

Here I shaped and attached the new "Corian" Grips. With the 0-80unf screw fitted, it really sits tight.

Very nice indeed.

I'm curious. What tool(s) do you use to shape the curves on the Corian?

O.K. with all the other work I managed to get thus Far on the BP
Grips scrimmed with indian and wolves on the one side, and a Start of the Bison (Buffalo) on the other side.

Also some work on the cylinder, after following Sam's vidio, with some changes.

Dang nice Chris. I have been wanting to do a BP pistol myself and you have just added to the flame.
