yep, there's not much info on the Stuller site. I called to get more information and was told someone in the tools department would get back with me. It seems like to price can't possibly be for a complete unit.
2nd on the PulseGraver. I have several systems and hands down prefer my PulseGraver. Talk to Tira at Engraver.com Great to work with and they are running some specials currently. If you tell her your interested in an APG (Awesome Pulse Graver) you will get a chuckle out of her.

Is the loupe in the photo something that was fabricated out of silver sheet, or is this a "stock" item from the manufacture? I have been looking for better quality loupe cases for engraving without much luck.

LOL! I have done several other projects in stainless....stainless steel can be a real pain. I switched these mild steel washers for something easy and relaxing just to try out new ideas.
Big-Un does have a point, you can learn a lot from engraving stainless steel...for instance after a while...
Agreed, but there is something so satisfying about taking something "ugly and plain" and making it sparkle. Yes the fender washers do not require near as much prep work

I have been messing around with these 7/8 inch washers lately. Readily available, cheap and cuts very nicely. Great for practice boarders and ideas. Just thought I would pass it along.
