I've been an "artist" my whole life. I began restoring cars on my own at 15 yrs old and combined my artistic abilities with my love of old junk. I began selling tattoo designs to local shops when I was in High School. I entered the work force after High School and did not do much art for awhile. I did eventually get into doing tattoos for about 3yrs before I got bored with it. I like working with my hands and metal. I saw some engraving on a t.v. show and something clicked. I can do art and shape and work metal at the same time! So I began my path towards engraving. I went to the LA Knife show in Dec 2013 to check out the art and most importantly visit the GRS booth. There I met FegaRex and he let me play with the engraving tools for awhile. I instantly knew I wanted to do this and signed up for the next available class with Sam A. at GRS. I will be going to Kansas April/May of 2014 for class and hope to go further down the path of engraving!
