I have been a jeweler for 35 years professionally and 3 years hobby before that. I cast and fabricate all metals, but especially Platinum, Gold and Silver. I do all types of stone setting and repairs. I have a 100 joule laser welder and hydrogen torch and complete engraving studio. I had a home studio and a retail store until 2 years ago and I closed the store. Now I do commission work for 2 stores and a few private clients. I am also a sculptor and glass artist. Mainly, I am a grampa of 2 great grandboys.
I was in Sam Alfano's very first class at GRS...so long ago, I can't even remember what year it was. But it was the start of a wonderful life course engraving jewelry.
