Hello Cafe,
This is a double sided nickel carving that I recently finished. I had a decent 1936 Buffalo Nickel, however the buffalo did not have a full horn. I felt it was not a good quality for an obverse only carving. So, I decided to carve both obverse & reverse with a Villian/ Damsel in Distress theme. I had way too much fun carving this nickel in a twisted sort-of-way:)

Thanks for looking, Amy Armstrong

EXCELLENT Amy.

Thanks for posting it. That expression on poor Nell's face IS expressive!

Hello Amy, I had to laugh out loud, that is too good, and black bart looks really good to.

Thanks for letting us see.

"I'll save you Nell!"

OMG, you are too funny! I take it that is Snydley Whiplash from the old Dudlee Doright cartoon- a staple of my childhood Saturday mornings-thanks for the great memories flooding back. I love that nickel, humor is so lacking in engraving come to think of it?
