Roland, I will say again thank you for sharing this work and the sequence of steps with us. The animal scenes and terrific. Th dot work in the background is flawless. "Just Engraving" turned out to be far more. Fred

I want to second everything everybody has said.

What a wonderful treat to be able to follow along as you progress.

This has got to be the very best Thread.

Thanks Again

Thank you for your generosity in sharing your progression in photos. Posts with such quality illustrating the steps to reach such a level of quality certainly make my day.

Great work Roland, thanks for sharing the progress of it.
It is always a pleasure to see some engravings of another Belgian
One of these days I will have to start Bulino scenes myself, I know it is very time consuming.

Thrushes aren't they? It's unusal to see this bird in an engraving , but I can understand your customer, it's a very nice bird to hunt.

Pas de fautes de gravure dans tes grives, tu n'auras donc pas à manger des merles;)..Bravo Roland !

That progression of pictures is just FANTASTIC Roland. Thank you VERY much for doing it.
